At CarbonZ we strive to make the best possible rackets for player performance and comfort. To do so, we work hard to:

  1. define the materials giving the best ball output
  2. create the biggest sweet spot
  3. make rackets that are durable
  4. use materials to dampen vibrations
  5. develop racket molds that are naturally the closest to the desired weight balance

Out of the above points, we have been focusing the most on the way to reduce vibrations. Vibrations are generated when the player does not hit the ball at the center of the padel racket. This mostly happens while being at the net trying to block balls from the opponent but also happen when the player is not in the perfect position to play the ball. As a result, the racket generates vibrations that travel through the frame of the racket to the hand and arm of the player. This leads to discomfort and injuries.

The only way to reduce the vibrations from going to the player’s arm is to dampen or isolate the vibration somewhere on their route. The best materials to dampen vibrations are viscoelastic. They absorb the vibrat
